STD 305S/Haddock GH228/Ortofon VMS20E, NAD 3020/4020A, Mordaunt-Short MS077's.
Note avante-garde system supports, i.e. bricks and beer can (filled with sand) speaker stands. Also note rackmounting handles on the Nad's.

    Student party setup!
Using Nad 3020/DIY power-amp (far right on floor) as main amp, fed by Aiwa and Amstrad cassette decks, and a turntable. Amstrad amp and Mordaunt-Short speakers used as in room monitoring. Main speakers were downstairs. (Note coffee cans used for turntable supports!).
 
    left: Pink Triangle/Ittok, NAD 4020A, Audiolab 8000A, Aiwa 6700. In custom stand, turntable shelf is supported by spikes (screws actually).
The box at the bottom is a 5 channel sound-to-light!
