Inspired by the Land-Rover bridge, used to show off Land-Rovers, this is my LEGOŽ version.
Models are L-R, 6490 (Crocodile Creek), 1720 (Cactus Canyon, US multi-set) car from 6419 (Paradisa Plam Ranch, with pink bricks), Note: "balloon" (space) tyres on 1720 & 6419 and old stlye tyres on 6490.
I like the look of the "truck" from 6490, reminds me of a Land-Rover Discovery, but I didn't like the rear design the wheel base is all wrong. So I redesigned it with a longer wheelbase, an extra stud between the `cab' and both axles, at the moment there is probably too much rear overhang. It is shown with non-suspension axles, and a slightly different (simpler) front end. The black bonnet (hood) is modelled from the Camel trophy Discoveries, it's to stop reflections.
I don't have a picture of the actual model but here is a LDRAW version. It doesn't show the wheels, as I can't get them to line up correctly, if you know how please let me know!
